RECOMMENDATION

Any deduction or refund due to complaints and claims must be made by mutual agreement between the company and the client as long as the company has been informed during the provision of the service or 3 days after completion. Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause for cancellation of the reservation unless there is a red flag that prevents navigation.
