Terms and Conditions
- The reservation will be confirmed with the payment of 50% of the contracted value and the balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure. No vessel will be able to leave the dock without having paid 100% of the reservation.
- Cancellations up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded. Cancellations with less than 15 days notice and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund.
- If due to natural conditions it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure or request a full refund paid. Rain is not an impediment to navigation, so it will not be a valid cause for cancellation of the reservation unless there is a red flag that prevents navigation.
- In the case of refunds, they will be made to the person or company that made the payment and through the payment method used. In addition to this, you must make a letter requesting the return with a signature that matches the supporting documents.
- Any deduction or refund due to complaints and claims must be made by mutual agreement between the company and the client as long as the company has been informed during the provision of the service or 3 days after completion. All refunds will be made to the person or company and by the method in which the payment was made.
