India Catalina: A gin-based cocktail with citrus and fruity notes, complemented by a liqueur that embraces a combination of herbs, spices, and pleasantly balanced bitter roots, finished with sweet raspberry and strawberry flavors.

Garita: Our Garita serves as shelter and protection, safeguarding flavors of lychee, lavender, and roses while carefully watching over the wine-like profiles of Yzaguirre White Vermouth.

Gertrudis: Gin infused with strawberries, a delicate and feminine touch enhanced by raspberries, culminating in a mysterious note of the exotic Amazonian flavor of camu camu.

Golpe de Gracia: Begins with a citrus burst of mandarin lemon, softened by lulo syrup, enriched with Aperol and Viche from the Colombian Pacific. It features saline notes, citrus aromas, and honey-like hints with a smoky finish.
